About the Summit

Resilience is one of the most important aspects even during the occurrence of unanticipated events by recovering quickly from the setbacks and bringing the operations back to a normal state.
In the current unprecedented times, the role of Project Management optimization is critical for building resilient, sustainable and scalable systems.
Adaptable and predictable Project Management practices and frameworks help in seamlessly managing risks, both known and unknown, and proactively communicating their impact which may vary when the event happens.
Revisions to Project and Business Continuity Plans, facilitating faster & sustainable collaborative decision-making through digital tools and Delivering meaningful value in shorter time period are some of the important aspects influencing Project Management optimization during such times.
To achieve organizational sustainability, the Project Management systems and processes must focus on building an organizational culture that allows repeatable and standardized way of executing projects. However, when there is extreme volatility and unpredictability in the projects and standardized
processes do not work well, an evolutionary and adaptable way of execution, replication and scaling the teams and projects work well for sustainability.
Set in the backdrop of highly volatile and unpredictable business scenarios brought about by repeated waves of the pandemic, the Summit seeks to bring out various Project Management practices being successfully adopted by the many industries that have been adversely impacted.
Prominent National and International PM Experts, Industry stalwarts, Policy Makers and Innovation leaders will share their Success Stories and best practices that can immensely benefit the entire community of Project Managers.

Be a part of this valuable event, PMGS 2021.
