Project Management Associates (PMA) as a premier organization of project management professionals is engaged in a number of activities to promote project management as an independent discipline in India. The major emphasis of PMA's activities is to build a national platform through which project management professionals can voice their concerns and to build a strong network among them. To achieve the above objectives PMA is constantly striving to bring more numbers of PM professionals within its fold. 

PMA is also liasoning with various organizations, industry associations, govt. departments, ministries and embassies to promote Indian project managers and the project management expertise of Indian corporate to the world community. PMA's international association with the 42 member countries of IPMA helps in dissemination of quality information among it's members. Member countries are primarily from Europe plus USA, China, Egypt, S. Africa, Brazil, Mexico and India.

Global Symposiums on Project Management, every year since 1992 in the month of December in association with Center for Excellence in Project Management Pvt Ltd.( CEPM )

National Seminar on Project Management in the month of July

Enrolls Corporate and Individual Membership

Conducts "International Project Management Association Level D (IPMA-D) Certification" examination IPMA, Switzerland . (IPMA-D was formerly known as qpmp.) The Second batch of Levels C & B was held in November, 2007 and Third batch is scheduled for April, 2008.Level A to be started following year.
