IPMA's 4 Level Certification (4LC)
|
|
Working in a competitive environment under tight schedules and even tighter budgets
will require project managers to empower themselves with latest tools and techniques.
Unlike in the past where the project head was a person that rose from the ranks
under the guidance of his seniors, project managers of the future will have to be
versatile and innovative having a grasp of both technical and commercial aspects.
Experience would of course count but a different set of skills will have to be imparted
and continuously upgraded. It is a new opportunity for Indian professionals to take
full advantage of IPMA’s 4LC.
